FINDING TRUST AT HOME

Finding a good contractor is stressful. You’re letting someone into your home, trusting them with your walls, your budget, and your time. Asian Paints had built a network of trained contractors, complete with reviews and verified skills. The problem was getting homeowners to actually use it.

We created a poster campaign that worked across dealer stores, neighborhoods, and digital channels. The idea was simple: make the tool visible where people actually look for contractors, not just where they buy paint. Clean QR codes, multiple color systems to match different store environments, and a visual flow that showed exactly how the process works, in seconds.

The challenge was balancing information with simplicity. Too much text and people walk past. Too little and they don’t understand what they’re scanning. We designed a system that could flex across 15+ color variations while keeping the same clear hierarchy: problem, solution, how it works, who’s available near you.
